Best service provider & You can trust them, they had a good quality machines & also give 100% effort , and do all the needfulls.

Service team is very bad and please do not buy any equipment from this poor firm. The staff is not cooperative and do not take calls and talk in gentle manner. Also equipment's are of third class quality also there is no service.

Akona is the worst company, their plant quality and service is very poor. We had purchased M1 plant of 60 cum per hour capacity and it is giving an output of 10 cum per hour. After taking the money they do not reply and respond. Their service is very poor. And they do not even lift the phones. Buying the plant from them is the worst descsion we had ever made.

Very bad after sales service and selling low quality and substandard machines. They claim they sent a brand new ABB compressor but the compressor has no nameplate and is very old. They have not responded properly even after calling multiple times. After calling 20 times they pick once and say they are responding but still there is no response.Their people don't understand the importance and urgency of after sales service and just try to stall. Any work they do is just below par and unprofessional. We never asked for any credit and instead akona owes money to us. Any service provided by the company is paid for and nothing is taken for free. even after that we are not gettjng proper service and the company is avoiding us.

Akona products and after service is very bad. The quality of the plant and service is below the standard. We have purchased the plant from them and the output capacity is 70% less than the claimed one per hour. After the completion of transaction the company doesn't bother to even pick up our calls or reply to any messages. Their service is very pathetic. Contacting them is a very big and major task than running the plant. They do not have any service engineer. They just tell that they have many service engineer for all over India, but that is 100% false. They do not have any service engineer to assist their customers.
