Horrible service, bought an exide tubular inverter battery which didn't work for even 10 minutes. They promised a lot about the battery when selling but now they are not ready to tk any responsibility and not even taking phone calls . Shopping from BANSAL ELECTRICALS is a nightmarish experience for me Will not recommend BANSAL ELECTRICAL for the electronic goods at all

Greatest thugs of all time.. Cheat people with selling old electricals and then say its not our fault.. Purchased a exide inva tubular battery from Bansal electrical and traders, named Mr Pankaj Bansal and Harish Bansal on 1 sep 2023 assuring that they would give best battery but they sent an old battery , which was dec 2022 make and within 2 days it didnt work, after light went the battery ddint give a back up of even 10 mins on 2 fans and 2 lights, upon telling them they said it battery would be down and charging is requiered, when the battry was full charged.. Requested them to change it, theu denies and said whatever u want to do, kindly do.. we can not help in it .. Cheaters of all time, sold old battery and dont take any responsibility.. People dont buy anything from them, they are cheaters.
