Staff is no good very bad staff . Doctor is not good . Not come on time . No value of patient. Not clean . Dirty cabin . Ultrasound quality is bad

I'm re stating the comment, because it hasn't cleared my intention to write it. I am talking about the service and presentation of the diagnostic room & person. Lets talk about the services. -> No bill was provided for the payment done, not even asked the patients if they had the bill or not. -> I didn't see the ladies staff in the room, your center should think about the comfortablity of the women under going for any XYZ scan Missing factor in daignose room: -> Very little conversation about the fetus with patients & relatives. Even in terms of showing output(Images/Video) of the fetus to the mother on the screen. -> No heart beat of the fetus was played for the paitent -> Neither the person had shown the little hands, feet, or counting of fingers. There things are really mesmerising for patients and their relatives -> When the customer itself prompted to ask " if all things are ok", then the person had shared some observations to the patient. -> The way it was conveyed was a bit scary. Need certainly some more professional way to convey any issues. keeping in mind the mental health of the patient. Things that went good. ->Report layout was good. ->They accept all forms of payments -> Have ample space in building Definitely commenting isn't an easier task. if done properly With all respect! - Customer

It is the worst diagnosis centre. I am sorry to say but NEVER visit the centre because there is no support or patient transfer staff. Whatever namesake staff is there is highly rude and non cooperative. They don't deserve to be in this business.

Great service..all the report aur generated on time. Staff is really polite and cooperative... Very coprative and good behaviour staff. All reports of all dignoses are 100 percent true. Best services provided by Agarwal Diagnostic Center. Supportive staff and well educated doctor. [Regnalble price and experience doctor and good staff....

We dont like the service here, sanity is compromised. Dr dont even clean the gel on instrument before using it on other patient. Also the attendant is very rude and throw you attitude. Otherwise Dr's ultrasound is fine. Worst part is they only take cash payment
