The only good thing is that they are open 24*7 for any medicines. And their support is also good in terms of arranging unavailable medicine and getting it door step delivery. The employees are helpful but also money minded, they will insist everyone on buying some or the other products by telling offers and even suggesting extra medicines.

In late night they intentionally behave like in a wired manner on call pretending bad network...so that they don't have to move out for home delivery of medicine. Every time they pick call and kept saying hello hello.....so if this is the case then close the store permanently if u don't aspire to help people.

They force customers to buy their circle membership but fail to deliver medicines within the promised time. Very poor and disappointing experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Apollo Pharmacy last night. I went there to buy some medicines, but the only salesperson present refused to open the door. I was standing outside explaining that I needed to purchase medicines, but he simply said he would not open the door. There were 2–3 more customers waiting outside to buy medicines, but he ignored everyone. The salesperson was extremely rude and didn’t have the basic etiquette to talk to customers properly. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a pharmacy that is supposed to provide essential services at all hours. Apollo should ensure proper customer service and safety arrangements, especially during night hours.
