Extremely lethargic staffs the least I can say. They keep checking their mobiles while customers are waiting and take eternity in billing.One staff told me to wait because he had to rub his eyes, that's the approach they have. Apollo is a brand but these people are only defaming it. If anyone from Apollo management is reading this, please take appropriate action before it's too late. And for customers, avoid onyx plaza outlet because you will only get frustration nothing else.

Glad to have pharmacy in my local area. It reduced the travel specially in this COVID period. In my case I used to get almost all kind of medicine. If some medicines are not available then they will arrange it in a given timeline. Even I have tried their home delivery service, that is also satisfactory. Hope you guys will keep up the good work.

All staffs are very responsible and also give respect to us. They never late in giving medicines.they talk to us in kind manner.
