Not recommended at all. Extremely unprofessional attitude by the staff. My wife visited the doctor on the evening of 22nd December due to illness. The doctor advised blood and urine tests, and the reports were received on 23rd December. When I called the clinic on 24th December to discuss the reports, the staff informed me that the doctor would only review them on 26th December and that the patient must visit the clinic in person for the review. This is despite the fact that the patient is unwell and requires timely medication based on the reports. It is disappointing that treatment is delayed by two days, especially when the doctor is available for video consultations for new patients. This approach shows a lack of concern for existing patients and their health.

Very bad experience. I visited this doctor with my father for a urine-related issue after confirming with the staff that he handles such cases. Despite this, the doctor was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, and repeatedly said it was “not his work.” He refused to answer questions, wrote a medicine just for formality, and referred us to a urologist. If this was not his responsibility, the appointment should not have been taken, or the money should have been refunded—but no refund was given. This feels like patient exploitation, especially of poor and middle-class people. The 5-star reviews here seem misleading and do not match his real behavior. I may escalate this to the Consumer Court.

My father-in-law visited this doctor for diabetes treatment, but the overall experience was very poor. The doctor was rude and dismissive, and answered genuine questions with sarcasm. There was no patience or empathy shown toward the patient or family. A doctor should take time to listen and explain, ideally giving adequate time to each patient instead of rushing appointments. Patients come for care and guidance, not to feel insulted or hurried.

Dr. Harshbardhan is an exceptional doctor who has been doing a remarkable job. His treatment has truly felt like magic for me. My blood sugar levels, which were once above 550, have now come down to 110. I am also taking very minimal medication, almost none at all. I am truly grateful to him for his excellent care, dedication, and outstanding work. Thank you so much, Doctor.

Worst then a Govt Sarkari doctor and I strongly disagree the rating he have and seems that all of them is fake . 1. He seems to be greedy, if you are charging 1200 rs consultation , you should give an ample amount of time rather then just ring the bell for the next patient. 2. The way of communication is not professional and seems to be rude and the same with the staff. 3. Consultation is valid for only 2 days and he design the treatment in such a way that you need to visit multiple time to pay his consultation fee. 4. Charge 50 rs extra for random blood sugar test which should not be charge as his clinic is not a designated testing lab. 5. As per the doctor, time punctuality is for the patient not for the him as we waited for almost 1.5 hours in his Gaur city clinic. I don’t have a personal rivalry with the doctor but you can save your money by avoiding him
