Very Poor response, Worst service . I had a code with GD as Primax Path Lab Ghaziabad , I used to provide samples to GD , suddenly GD stopped our account and take my money that was in Wallet App. , Now the Manager Prashant is asking Rs 20,000/- to re open the code. Its highly unprofessional Behavior's , I will not recommend to open the code with GD, Staff is very pathetic , many chasing up required.

I would like to rate 0 stars to this lab as the tat for samples are 5 days for which other labs are giving same day. Will not recommend this for high value test. Moreover staff sitting in mumbai will never respond timely not even responding In evening when you need them the most.

Sir, I request you to correct the time table of the riders of Jaipur Lab. Because of the riders, our blood samples reach the lab late, due to which our report also comes late. I will request you to look into the arrangement of Jaipur Lab. I have complained many times but no special result of it has come out. All of us Rajasthan people are worried about the secretariats of your Jaipur Lab. GD is a big name. You keep its name intact. You ruin the name of GD by paying homage to Jaipur staff. Please do not trust this lab for any medical tests– they are providing fake and misleading reports. I got my husband’s blood tests done from this lab as he was unwell. The report came back stating that he was perfectly healthy with no history of any medical issues, which is completely false. He has ongoing medical conditions and is on regular medication. To confirm, we repeated the same tests at a reliable lab, and the results clearly reflected his actual medical history and current health issues. This lab is putting lives at risk by giving out false health reports. Imagine someone stopping essential medication or starting the wrong treatment based on such fake reports—it could be life-threatening What’s worse: I have been trying to reach them for over a month regarding this issue. I’ve sent multiple emails and made several calls– no one responds. I also asked for a refund of ₹3000, but there has been no communication at all This is not just poor service, it's a scam. People deserve to know the truth before risking their health or the health of loved ones. Please spread the word and ensure no one else falls victim to this dangerous malpractice. Stay safe.
