We had a wonderful experience with Akash Ji ( Arora properties). He is extremely polite, humble, and has a very pleasant nature. He understood our requirements well and helped us find the perfect property at the best deal (2 BHK rental property), making the entire process smooth and hassle-free.

Had high expectations considering the goggle reviews & ratings. But all expectations crashed when he couldnt understand my requirements. I couldnt shortlist a single flat that his assistant showed. Also he and his assistant Aniket are very casual in understanding the needs of tenants. They mostly talk like" are ho jayega, are mil jayega, are chal jayega aap tension na lo". But repeatedly not a single good 2bhk flat was shown to me. They have the most bekar collection of flats for renting in a,b,c block. I dont know if the ratings are fake or what, but seriously i had utter disappointment after wasting days with them.
