Very Good service by branch staff and very supportive

Good staff with polite behave and good service provider.

My worst Experience with Axis bank. In 2018 i got a mail from Axis bank official website to open an online account with an statement that they are giving 7% interest rate. And with a charm on my face i applied for that account. After 3 days they approved my account and i had an axis bank account. (Note: i submitted my Adhaar Card at the time of registration). I also applied a virtual Debit card and started internet banking. I transferred around 1 lac INR. in this account from my different banks. I openned this account near to my residence in Vasundhara Ghaziabad. After 2 months the bank started sending messages and email to complete e-kyc/kyc. And unfortunately i was about to receive an amount in this account. One of my clients from Mumbai submit a cheque of some amount at Axis Bank Curla Mubai branch. And it was a week the cheque was not cleared. I called the customer care but they said they can't help in to it and i have to visit my branch. well after taking a half day leave from my office i visited the branch where a brown eyes madam attended me for my query. She told me that your amount was stopped by bank due to not completing the KYC then i said OK then complete it what documents do u need? she said first you have to verify your signature then you have to come again after two weeks for completing your kyc. Well i visited the branch after two weeks and she completed my KYC. Now i was worry less and i thought the one of my large pending works has been completed today. After few days i again about to receive an online amount by IMPS but it was failed, my client replied. I called customer care again and they said your KYC is not completed that's why your payment stopped by bank. I was surprised what is this happening with me? at that time there were around 50K in my account. After a week i got 4 to 5 messages that my account is nill. All the money is debited. I afraid and went to the branch on the same day. And the bank said YOUR ACCOUNT IS CLOSED NOW due to in-complete KYC. I also describe all story to the next available bank employee at that day. He said you will get a DD of your amount. Anyways They closed my account even after completing my KYC. I wasted my time and money with this bank. That's how i had a worst experience.
