Away from hustle and bustle. Good schools and no high rises in the opposite lane. Construction quality is far better than big names in the market.

Living in a housing society like Casa Greens 1 offers the opportunity to be part of a community where residents can socialize, participate in events or activities, and build lasting relationships with their neighbors. It provides a sense of belonging and a supportive environment for families, couples, and individuals.

Lived here for a year. Nicely done apartments, beautiful gardens and a lavish clubhouse. Its great place to live in. It lacks shops and nearby market thats the only drawback.

Pros Flats are spacious in comparison to other societies. Asthetic looks are good. Schools and market are near and market are approachable. Cons Club is not maintained well enough...also proper ventilation is missing for pool facing flats (No gaps are given in between the towers making it very clumsy). Interior roads connecting the society is badly damaged. Visitor parking is missing.

Best socity amongst all the 4 on the same road. Well managed with 70% house occupant. 2 BHK are available for 13k on rent with maintenance. Parking for more than 1 care in not allowed in the basement so you have to park outside.
