I stayed in their property above this office during my internship and want to share an honest experience. Initially, everything looked fine and the people behaved well until the payment was made. After that: • I was charged brokerage for their own property, which didn’t feel right. • Basic maintenance (like non-functional taps and installation of a hand faucet) was completely ignored, and I eventually had to pay out of my own pocket to get the plumbing work done. • The promised maintenance within a week never happened. • The property manager, Brijesh, behaved very arrogantly and unprofessionally, making communication extremely unpleasant. • Car parking was another hassle since the owner used up the allocated space and reacted if anyone else parked there. • Returning the security deposit is also unnecessarily complicated. Overall, there’s a clear attitude problem in the way this property is managed. I would strongly recommend getting every commitment in writing before paying them anything.
