Worst sweet shop in vaishali ghaziabad. The owners as well as staff are so rude and egoistic that they themselves say don't come here to their customers. How can someone be so rude, Please avoid going to this shop, there are many other sweet shops nearby which are far far better than this one

Today I went to buy Matar Samosa at this place, it was Rs. 200/kg. I just wanted 100 gms which costed Rs. 20. When the helper boy at the shop packed the samosas in a paper bag, and then put it in a poly bag with chutney, the pathetic owner shouted at him telling why are you wasting polybag for Rs. 20 order, and asked him to just give it in paper bag without chutney. This kind of behaviour tells a lot about the shop and the owner, how pathetic their thinking is, and how poorly they think of their customers. Of course, forget about any kind of customer service. I had purchased other items from this shop earlier, but after this incident I'll make sure never ever to purchase anything from this place. Pathetic. Please avoid this shop.

It was not the first time that today I went to buy 2 samosas there. Usually they used to give plastic carry bags on request (given me 2-3 times in past 1 month). The reason I demand is, samosas are oily products, they leave oil so in order to protect my back pack from oil marks I requested. Today they said no to it. The reason they quoted that govt has banned it and started heated conversation with me. Ultimately I asked him to return my money. But, if govt has banned it, and store is following govt then he should not give carry bags to anyone, infact he should not keep it in shop itself. Here his concern was different, his concern was not to comply with govt order but to save extra penny by not giving polybag. Infact he could have discovered packing technology which takes care of oil also. He didn't gave me bag as I was just a ₹20 customer. But while arguing he forgot that this ₹20 customer comes many times to shop, infact this shop gets party orders from our office. I had a very bad experience here. Also the chutneys and other products like fafde etc they give are packed in plastic bags only which are much thinner and difficult to decompose. Infact the drain nearby which his shop is, is full of flith. Truely never visit this shop again. I don't like shops which don't respect their customers. Thanks.

Worst experience.. got spoiled boondi laddu 2nd time from this place. I think they start preparing sweets in Dashehra itself and sell the spoiled sweets in diwali. I purchased boondi laddu for Lakshmi Poojan a day before Diwali, couldn't taste it there as it was for pooja purpose.. and also everyone knows that fresh boondi laddu stay fresh for days even without refrigeration. Later when I served that prasad it was sour and bad... I'll never suggest this shop to anyone.
