One of the worst pizzas I have ever eaten; the girl who takes orders doesn’t know how to talk to clients.

Its worth every penny and its loaded with stuffings and cheese. And the dough bread is extremely soft and airy which provides a next level feel to the pizza.

Extremely Disappointed! I have been a loyal customer of Rom's Pizza (Pratap Vihar) for the last 4 years. It’s just 2 minutes from my home and I’ve regularly visited with friends and family. But today’s experience was deeply disappointing and insulting. I ordered 5 pizzas and 1 burger (Bill No. 55, Date: 07/08/25 – photo attached). I had to wait almost 30 minutes, despite there being hardly 4-5 customers in the store. After the delay, they packed everything in a single carry bag, which was overfilled. I politely requested the staff to just separate 2 pizzas into another carry bag because I needed to send them elsewhere. The staff rudely said: “Nahi, alag se ek aur bag nahi milega. Sirf ek hi carry bag milega.” I even explained: “If I had ordered 3 pizzas and 2 pizzas separately, you would’ve given me two bags anyway.” But he had no response to that. When I mentioned that I’ve been a regular customer for 4 years, he said: “Haan, fir bhi nahi milega.” So I replied, “Then this is my last visit here,” and he bluntly said: “Theek hai, mat aana.” Is this how you treat someone who has supported your business for so long? No respect, no courtesy, and zero professionalism. I’m extremely disappointed and hurt by the attitude. From today onwards, I am permanently boycotting Rom's Pizza and will advise my entire friend circle and family to avoid this place. There are better pizza options where customers are treated with basic respect. 👎 Never coming back. 👎

Worst of money , pizza was so so salty , corns kacche the abd look the roms parcel and calzon pocket , jala hua कड़वापन tha usme. Isse accha na hi do , call b pick nhi ki
