Pathetic experience.. worst food ever!!

Almost none seating arrangement, offline order took more than 30min, when I was standing and asking to prepare my order. I think they need to hire more staff. Food quality was ok, not much appreciable. Prices are in sync with other nearby restaurants.

Food is average, not the most hygienic as they keep things in the open. Also, the service is very poor, have to wait for long just for someone to take the order. Once they stop scrolling their phones and take order they are rude. Zero customer service. Order will be sitting but the person would not hand out your order or inform you. They prefer to deliver Swiggy/Zomato first rather than customers who came directly. Would recommend Guddu malai chap in this area rather than this outlet. Or closer one could be tikka junction. Roomali roti was terrible. Chap was average.

This is the 2nd time i am facing the issue. They will take order for something else and you reach home check you have got something else . The owner is very supporting was ready to even bring in the correct food. I had even ignored taken a bite it was spicy as hell because i had taken a bite i asked him not to take back but wont ever order from here. Would request everyone to check every time you order what did they charge you for and what have they sent. (Edit after owner replied) And now he has replied i was drunk did i misbehave?or does that justify you giving wrong and over spicy food? Or dont even allow drunk people inside. Not even once i have seen the place late night just with waiters there is always 2-3 guys drinking inside does that comply with your response to the reveiw buddy?

Amazing cooking tasty 😋 very very nice quantative bahut acchi hai Roti bhi soft and badi h or lacha parantha. Kafi have and owner have a very nice nature.. Thanks..
