The worst drycleaning service you will ever find they have the home pickup system so I gave them my coat which was needed urgently for a special occasion they kept my coat for more than 9 days and they promised me to give that to me by 5 days. I had to call again and again to ask the whereabouts of my coat and they always replied me with which society I am living at and promised me to give that on the day itself when I called them but there was no response of the delivery of my coat i called them so many times there was no responsibility for the delivery of the coat only procrastination was seen at the last i had to give up on wearing my coat for the special occasion when I went to their shop they not only behaved bad but also increased the price of the service and when I questioned about it they said to take it for free very poor behaviour staff responsibility

They compelled us to do a police complaint. they guys promises to deliver teddy in 4 days given for dry clean but they kept our teddy for more than 15 days sent it after making fool of us to deliver it by making many promises every time they are saying it is not dries after wash, I I alert my self I looks something fishy and when they deliver it that teddy still not dries well so it seems they washed it many times because I figured out after thoroughly looking it that thay had washed it many times to remove colour stains they mistakenly put in our teddy our teddy. Due to their bad handling our 11k teddy's colour changed and it's recron sinked due to many washes

Third class services wastage of time and money, doesn’t value others time. Never recommend

What they assure not do. I went shop at 12 noon it was closed on phone they assured to collect from home within evening, as I informed shall not be in home tomorrow, but no one turned up. If this is assurance how can rely on there sent service?
