Extremely disappointed with the service here. Not only was the work subpar, but the staff was incredibly unprofessional and rude when I raised a concern. A business is only as good as how they treat their customers, and based on my experience, I won’t be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

He completely ruined my brand-new jacket and also damaged my saree. When I handed over the clothes, he personally checked them himself, and at that time there was not a single stain on any of them. Now he is lying and trying to cover up his own mistake. There was an oil stain on my saree, and he tried to blame me by saying it was a food stain. If it was really a food stain, then why did it not come out after dry cleaning? This clearly proves negligence on his part. Despite this, he refused to accept his mistake and behaved very rudely with me. He has absolutely no manners or sense of customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, he started misbehaving because of his own fault and poor manners. His attitude was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. What made the situation even worse was that he was rude not only to me but also to my husband. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any business. This was a terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to stay away. Zero accountability, zero manners, and zero respect for customers.

Very disappointing experience with Quick Adry Cleaner. My wife’s winter jacket was burnt and completely damaged due to improper chemical handling. It was in perfect condition before cleaning and came back ruined. When we carefully checked other clothes at home, we found stains on a saree. However, the owner confidently claimed the saree was fine, despite the visible stains. This response was disappointing and showed a lack of accountability. Although compensation was given for the jacket, it does not make up for the damage, inconvenience, and loss of trust. I would strongly advise customers to be cautious, especially with delicate or expensive garments.
