All fake reviews here. Charged me pretty high sum for an urgent delivery and booked it under normal. I better have paid to some other courier service instead of going for dtdc. Liars and cheaters.

I recently visited the DTDC outlet at Gaur City 2 to send an important document from Greater Noida to Delhi. The staff offered me two delivery options: one for ₹110 with a delivery window of 2–3 days, and a premium option for ₹315 promising delivery within 24 hours. Since the document was urgent, I chose the ₹315 express option. However, the parcel was not delivered within the promised timeframe, which completely defeated the purpose of paying extra. There was no proper update or explanation provided either. Very disappointed with the experience—paying a premium for unreliable service is unacceptable. I hope DTDC takes accountability and improves their service standards.
