Worst DTDC service. First they don't deliver to doorstep. Second, they will return package without your consent and will charge you 2-3 times of money in the name of return.

I tried to contact their customer care over mail or phone for more than 15days but no response , worst service I had ever seen.

Despite paying for express service, I did not get my consignment for 4 days and top of it I had to personally go to the Apex depot and pick the consignment.
