Amezing service and staff is gud and service also gud I am happy

Don’t give your clothes to them. Not at all a Premium Drycleaner like mentioned in there name. If I had an option to give zero star I would have preferred that. I suggest not to give your clothes to them at all because if they spoil they won’t accept there mistake. I gave them my new suit for Dryclean and they completely spoiled it, they made it dull , kept it for around 3 months saying they would get it fixed but the minute I saw I knew it won’t and at last they said the same. And owner even had the audacity to say it happens and yours is not a very expensive material suit. Pathetic owners attitude. Staff is good but it won’t be of any use as there services are not at all worth it. Please don’t give your clothes to them is all I would say. I have attached my suit picture post dry clean and anyone would understand. I lost my 7,000rs of suit, it might not be a big amount for the owner but it’s for me.

Don’t think about Giving anything to them for Dry Cleaning. These guys are very unprofessional. I gave my wedding clothes to them for Dry cleaning and they returned them with faded colours and lots of patches. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any Dry cleaning Service. The clothes had sentimental values attached to them apart from being very expensive. But they do not respect anything. I’ve repeatedly asked them for a solution from last six months and even gave the clothes to them again for solving the issue. They’ve tried twice and failed. On the first try they returned it with lots of white patches and dull colour. On the second try they returned the kurta in entirely different colour. Now they keep asking for giving them more chances. So it’s upto you if you’ve ample of time to give them your clothes for experimental purposes. I’ve followed up so many times but till date I’ve not received any solution or compensation. They simply fail to understand how sad such things make us feel. This was by far the most sentimental piece of clothing for me. I wore it only once and thought I’ll get it dry cleaned and keep it safe. But then came these guys! Attaching the screenshot of my Order with reference to the claim of GC stating I’ve not taken any service.

They are totally fraud people, their services are very bad, poor quality drycleaning,,, they charged us much more than that they had given the rates in their rate list. When we questioned them they refused to return our clothes, they said first transfer the payment only then they will deliver the clothes. Totally not trustworthy..

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with GC Dry Cleaning Shop Name and felt compelled to share my thoughts to warn others. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted with indifference by the staff, who seemed more interested in their personal conversations than assisting me. When I attempted to inquire about the status of my items, I was met with vague responses and dismissive attitudes. Furthermore, the quality of the cleaning itself was subpar. Several of my garments came back with visible stains still present, despite assurances that they would be thoroughly cleaned. Additionally, some items appeared to have been mishandled, with loose threads and wrinkles that were not present before. To make matters worse, the pricing was exorbitant for the lackluster service provided. I expected to pay a premium for quality dry cleaning, but what I received was far from it. Overall, I would strongly advise against patronizing GC Dry Cleaning Shop. The combination of poor customer service, low-quality cleaning, and high prices make it a wholly unsatisfactory experience. There are plenty of other dry cleaning establishments in the area that offer superior service at more reasonable rates. Save yourself the frustration and seek out alternatives.
