Poor pick.up service.It has been almost a week since my pick up is being rescheduled, as the pick up person do not pick up calls or call back. Not reliable at all.The customer service number is automated too, and there is no human interaction to hear and solve the issue.

If I could give zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. This company is a complete disaster — they never answer calls, never deliver on time, and have zero sense of responsibility. Their customer service is a joke; once you raise a complaint, you’ll never hear back. The delivery guys are rude, disrespectful, and completely untrained in basic manners. Honestly, this business shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. Absolute worst experience ever — a total waste of time and energy.

Very bad service. Since last three days I am receiving messages that you itrm will ne delivered today and ask for my availability congratulations but at evening send message that “we apologies we couldn't deliver your Product” . It seems that deliver boy not coming to location and he update status from Home.

This has happened to me many times during product deliveries, and it always happens the same way. The delivery boy gives a short missed call and then updates the status as “Product could not be delivered due to customer not contactable.” But the fact is, right after his missed call, I call him back within 20 seconds, and he doesn’t answer. He just gives a missed call to show that he’s done his job. He’s a very careless delivery boy who probably doesn’t want to work properly. Because of him, even though my product reaches Ghaziabad on time, I always get late delivery attempts, followed by this same drama.

worst delivery experience.. dont know why clovia has partnered with shadowfax who use unprofessional delivery guys... delivery boy dont deliver at door step.. he is refusing to come to 2nd floor.. he is misbehaving with me and is saying do whatever you want to do.. and do complaint where u want to do.. and today on 2nd day again he called me and started abusing me that he wont come on iind floor..
