Excellent dry cleaning service on time
Pathetic experience, very bad service never going to take their service again.
Always busy, in season they may take even 10 to 15 days for dry-cleaning or other services.
Terrible! Avoid them at all costs. I've been their customer for more than 7 years (Govindpuram and Kavi Nagar) and over time realized that most of the time clothes were not even steam washed forget about drycleaning. Same with quilts, duvets and blankets. Their prices maybe on the lower side, but their service standards are definitely on the lowest side. Save yourself the time, money (and frustration) and visit better (slightly pricier) options available nearby.
Cleanliness not upto the mark.I sent my curtains over for diwali cleaning…came back with all the existing marks and many new ones.they agreed to have a do over when i spoke to them over a call.Though i never had the curtains sent over a redo.Even the ironing wasn’t done properly. Too disappointed
