Kindly look into the water logging issues in basement areas of Panchsheel Wellington Towers 5 &6. Also, kindly repair the broken plaster of all towers on immediate basis otherwise it can cause harm to the residence.

I have been staying here for Six Months. Amazing and beautiful society. 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats available here for rent and purchase. Open and spacious place. Long park , pool etc. Security is good. Lifts are too slow. Market is nearby. Too costly.

This society loses its charm, down the line many years before it was known as the Best society but at present it's worst. The maintenance department and Builder are not all interested in maintaining the society. Lifts are in very bad condition, AOA is also not good in a society 2 AOA always fight for money. Not sure how New Tower People are going to stay when they come and visit here permanently.

Scam in Tower R7/R8. Guys in panchsheel their is a big scam is going on. Do not buy any Flat in R7/R8, the scam is when you made all full and final payment. Then indirectly their team will say you, to do interior work with their reference people. If you denied then you will suffer lot of problems they will not give you hand over flat on time. Sales team always give fake promise, once you made all payment they will never contact you and not respond your call. This message is for people to get information as much as possible.

Most advanced part of Gaziyabad. Well planned and maintained. Very good location and infrastructure. Very good commercial and residential centre. Law and other is better. But roads are narrow. Traffic jam is a great problem.
