Subject:- Disappointing experience with service and order Very very disappointed ☹️ 😞 One of the worst digital print points in Raj Nagar Extension Ghaziabad I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory due to the following issues: 1. *Unprepared order:*My order was not prepared on time, even though I was assured it would be ready. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since I had built my schedule around the promised pickup/delivery time. 2. *Poor service: The attitude of the employee I interacted with was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of addressing the delay or offering a solution, I was met with indifference, which further increased my frustration. I am very very disappointed ☹️ 😞 This experience has left me very disappointed. I expect better from a business I have trusted in the past. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent a similar situation for other customers. I would appreciate feedback on how you plan to improve your service and order management.
