Dear Owner Madam, Please find your response here: I have every right to put my review or suggestion for those clients who may visit you by just checking the reviews which are not even latest. Secondly, I had never asked you for the discount or refund the amount of Rs.1500. We also expect the quality & finishing. And I'm glad to know that it's your startup. This response to the review shows your unprofessional attitude. It's not about the money always. Yes, I have given my dress which had attached skirt in it, only can can needed to be attached with frill (for which the fabric was used from my dress only). I had asked for A-line kurta to which he clearly denied out of 2.5 metre fabric and made a simple short kurti above knee length with quarter sleeves. I took the kurti as there was no option for trial there, and saw the skirt which was completely unorganised & out of shape because your tailor did not iron & aligned the can can with skirt properly so I requested him to do so. The same day I tried Kurti at my place which was unfit & loose from waist. I have nowhere mentioned that "You guys are very fair & reasonable". You are requested to go through my review once again. Yes, It was my mistake that I placed you second order on the same day I got the kurti stitched without even trying it due to short of time and lack of trial space in your shop. I should have waited for trial. Lastly, I would suggest you to please check the facts with your tailor as he quoted me 700rs (not 600rs) for a simple one piece dress without can can in which lining & fabric has been provided by me only. The moment he asked me to pay almost double for padded dress, I asked him to stop the work and decided to collect my fabric. I am happy to pay the amount if it is worthy. I don't find it worth at all. So, It's completely my decision. And you are very well aware that I have lost my bill for the fabric which has been conveyed to your tailor at that time and also I do not have that much time to visit again & again your tailor shop. Though I had to re-alter the kurti from some other boutique which is again consuming my time. Yes, I'm indeed super amazing that's why I don't believe in posting fake reviews. I called you that day just to give my feedback instead you started fighting & arguing with me on a call. It was my honest feedback, You should welcome all kind of feedback which will help to grow your business only. Please try to learn from your mistakes & improve it. Thanks!!

Do not try it for your designer dress. If you are looking for non-designer unfinished suit or blouse then you can try. They will surely tell or suggest you for designer dress with a reasonable price but the time you will ask them to stich your dress they will quote a different (higher) price. the tailor doesn't have any idea of style or finish and the owner madam never visit the boutique. Highly unorganized, No trial or changing room for trial which makes the process longer than usual. Also they will make your dress or kurti short in size by telling that the style requires more fabric and will use your leftover fabric for their own purpose.
