I used their service for sending a 6 kilo parcel to Madurai which arrived at its destination within the allotted 3 days. Very good courier service in greater noida.

Booked a package for Bikaner and it reached the Bikaner hub AFTER SEVEN days. Then they returned it back to Greater Noida AFTER ELEVEN DAYS saying "Area not serviceable". Were they sleeping while booking??!! Now FIFTEEN days have passed and the package is still not returned back to me AND just cannot get through their numbers!! #dtdcPATHETICservice #dtdcworstservice
