A decent clothing store for women’s clothings, situated on the ground floor of Ambience Mall. The staff is a bit on the non interfering side but I think that’s a positive here, since many people out here know what better looking for.

I purchased a bracelet from Forever new and as I weared it in party it break down within next 10 min and when i called on the store for this to replace or repair it then they totally refused it to repair or replace ..waste of money .. no post service .. looting the money only

Forever New is one of the most popular clothing brand stores in Ambience Mall, Gurugram as they've got unique variety of fashion wear. This outlet is located on the Ground Floor of the shopping Mall and remains open till late evening hours. Always showcasing the latest fasion arrivals on display with pure fashion sense.

Such an expensive brand but cheap service ... Very bad experience ... I purchased in black friday sale they told that today alteration not possible but can do it anytime after sale is over ... today i went there they said we dont do alteration and if we do there will be no finish ...

Had an unpleasant experience at Forever New wherein i felt violated and was verbally abused within the store. While i was trying clothes in trial room, i was shocked to see a man outside my changing room and firmly told him that men arent allowed in this space and he should leave at once. His wife shouted on me, threatened me, hurled me verbal abuses and cornered me physically. I sought help from store staff to help me as a man shouldnt have been allowed in women trial room. Not only do i had to bear through the verbal remarks, shouting but also indifference from the store staff. Even when i had tears in my eyes from all the verbal abuse and being constantly shouted at, the store staff didnt help despite repeated humble requests. The whole incident was traumatic as i am not sure how can they allow men in trial rooms and then take a silent stand. They only words of comfort from them were, “ ho jaata h” (it happens). Not sure, how will i be able ti heal through this but i am surprised to experience this at a reputed brand store as Forever New. They should either design trial area in a better way or not allow men at all. Had i been trying something that would require external help (zipping up, etc.,), it would have been uncomfortable and embarrassing to see a man just outside my trial space. The store staff didn’t even apologised. How can a brand as Forever New aim for making women feel unsafe, violated and abused in their stores
