I recently bought an outfit from Raas Raseeli, and my experience was extremely bad. They focus only on new sales after payment, the service is terrible. They committed that my order would be ready in 10 days, but it was delayed by 9 days. On top of that, when I asked for minor alterations, the owner said, “Sorry, we are packed, we can only do it after Holi — you can coordinate with local tailors.” Seriously unacceptable service. When I raised concerns about the poor quality, a staff member told me, “This is not my fault, talk to the owner.” She clearly lacks basic manners and does not know how to talk to customers. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained. I would never recommend this store to anyone.

Very poor experience!!! Had gone to buy a simple white kurta pyjama and I was convinced by the staff to get a new one stitched and 1 week later when I came it wasn't ready. Then again I came after 2-3 days and it still wasn't ready. They then delivered it to my place and the fitting was extremely bad!!! I then had to go again and they said they will alter some other piece. Again I waited for a few days. And then the fitting was still not good...I just gave up in the end after going there 5-6 times for a simple white kurta. The function that I was supposed to wear it for had gotten over long back.

Owner and Staff behaviour is not good. They are always in a rush to attend to new customers, and sideline old customers who have already placed orders after taking 100% advance money. They think only they are right, and pay no heed to what the customer wants. In our case, there was a fitting issue in the dress which they were firstly not open to accepting. Later when we explained more, they started to get aggressive towards us. It was a very bad experience. Stay away from this shop. 🙏

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. We were stuck dealing with them for three whole months — and not once did they show any remorse or even say sorry. Not once. We had to run after them again and again — calls, visits, messages — and still, no proper response, on top of that, they ignore you. They treat you so nicely until the moment you make the purchase, and after that, everything just falls apart. They stop answering calls, delay deliveries, and make endless excuses. They promised to fix the mistakes, but even after that, they delivered the same faulty pieces. And even after that you have to run after them for the updates and everything. Then, instead of owning up to it, they tell you sorry phone was not with me.. and I was busy and what not. Staff is pathetic as well. No apology, no responsibility — nothing. If only I had read the reviews before, I would have never placed an order with them. This was for my wedding — one of the most important times of my life — and they completely ruined the experience. The amount of stress, frustration, and mental harassment they caused is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. We literally had to chase them countless times just to get what was already paid for. And even after everything, they still didn’t feel sorry. Not even once did she say sorry. What hurts the most is the attitude — they made us feel like we were the ones at fault, like we took the clothes for free. The arrogance, the indifference — it was just heartbreaking. I have no words to describe how pathetic and emotionally draining this whole experience has been. They took what should have been a happy, exciting time and turned it into a nightmare. Pathetic experience.

Very disappointing experience. They are misleading customers by passing off ready-made clothes as ‘custom stitched’ outfits with minor fittings. They have absolutely no respect for customers’ time. Extremely unprofessional service. It feels like they simply source clothes from outside and fool people in the name of stitching. Would not recommend at all 👎
