Avoid vijay sales! They are just handing out fake promises and no real service or after sale support. We have purchased an a.c. 5 days ago and still no one is even filing a complaint or providing installation. Mr. Yadav the store manager is also very negligent regarding the customer' s needs and does not even acknowledge the support needed for the after sale procedure.

Avoid avoid avoid vijay sales!!!! Very bad service. These people are just fooling us and not providing any services. Would not even give one star. They haven't even acknowledged that we need installation on buying ac from them. No service provided and no after sale support. Worst store ever. No one is reporting the problems and they took the money and I registered the complaint no one is even listening. On top of that the store mangaer acts like there is nothing wrong with the procedure and does not provide and service or after sale support. Highly suggest DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM VIJAY SALES

Avoid Vijay Sales! Fake promises! Zero accountability! I recently purchased 3 split VISE(Vijay Sales own brand) ACs, 2 storage geysers, 1 instant geyser and 1 chimney from Vijay Sales. At the time of purchase, I was clearly told that installation for everything except the chimney is completely free. The only extra cost mentioned was for AC stands around ₹2000 if bought from them and they also said I could buy my own stand if I wanted. So I bought the same stand from the market for ₹1500. But during installation, I was shocked when the service team demanded ₹600 per stand just for installation, claiming that stand installation isn’t free. This is totally opposite of what Vijay Sales promised. Such misleading information and last-moment charges feel nothing less than a scam. Customers should think twice before buying from Vijay Sales, because what they commit at the store and what actually happens later are two very different things.

I have experience a very good service and customer handling at jacobpura (sahna chowk ) Vijay sales where a lots of variety of mobile brands like Apple, Samsung OnePlus, Vivo ,Oppo and many more .
