They provide very good service here and the staff here takes very good care, so leave all the other places and get your car serviced from this service centre. Not reliable. False promises. I used to get my car serviced from them but during one service they didn't installed the engine protector part correctly. So I skipped them for my next paid service. Now again they contacted me through WhatsApp and offered 50% discount on labour charges, but when I visited, while opening the job card they denied the discount stating it wasn't approved. Also added unnecessary jobs to the card which as per Suzuki's service schedule are not required. Wasted my time and energy. With such kind of behaviour cannot trust them with my car.

My experience with maruti service is excellent

The staff in the Body shop and workshop is good. They have been taking care of my car since last two years. It is the call centre which is a bit annoying. First they call you many times at odd hours disturbing you and remind you that a service is due and then in spite of being told that you don't want to be bothered , the calls keep on coming. After servicing , they bother you regarding the experience. The call center and personnel should no when NOT TO bother clients.

Very average service unable to resolve the complaint even after raising the same before service.
