Pathetic after sale service. I was instructed to reach the service center by 8:00am to avail early service because apparently they do not honour the slot booking (had the same experience with them last time as well). Despite being earlier (7:50am) the center did not open till 8:40 or so. Undoubtedly, the mechanics/technicians are good. They know what they are doing and answer the queries without any hustle. Even today the technician was really good. He did his job in like 45 minutes or so. But… the other staff roams around headless going here and there with earbuds/earphones plugged in. Despite being the First to arrive for service, those who knew the staff came, got their bikes serviced and washed and left within and hour and I had to request the staff (non-technician) to just handle over the bike. It took them more than an hour to just wash and wipe the bike. The fun fact is the cleaning guy even said that the bike had not even been washed properly and had mud stuck here and there. I just requested them to just hand over the bike. I had to literally roam behind the guys/managers (or whatever their designations are) to finish the job but all they did was “Office-office” asking to go to this person or that person. They are prompt in selling ancillary services but have no focus on the subject for which the customer has come. I could only come out of the service center at around 12:15pm despite reaching at 7:50am. It took them more than 4 hours to do the job which could not take more than an hour or so.

It’s a very good experience to buy my new bike from here, and I suggest you guys please consider this Showroom for your future bike.

Had a great experience with the Hunter bike delivery at the showroom. The staff was professional, polite, and explained all the features clearly. Delivery was on time, and the bike was handed over in perfect condition. The overall process was smooth, transparent, and well-managed. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Brown Automobiles showroom to others in Gurgaon location.
