Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before purchasing my second XC90, because I was satisfied with the first (not with the workshop swedeauto thought). Now, with the car being 2,5 years old, I have come to the understanding that Volvo quality is not the same it was before, when the brand was standing for solid & secure cars. After several workshop visits now the A/C compressor of my only 2,5 years old XC90 had to be replaced at a cost of nearly 100,000 INR. No warrenty, no goodwill warrenty. What happened to the durability and the customer service? On top of that, the dealer & service center in Gurgaon, Swedeauto is also not capable of doing the service a premium brand demands. Any job at the car, even regular maintenance, takes at least 2 days. No wonder, because though the workshop is supposed to open at 09:30, service personal and managers are not available before 11:00am. Nothing is done on the car before 11:30am :-( Conclusion: keep your peace of mind and purchase another brand like Mercedes or BMW! Update: Volvo customer care is not interested and does not respond to e-mail. :-(

Got my Volvo s90 serviced from here, employees are technically good and delivered on time. Keep up the good work.

Have been availing Swede Auto services since 2014 , have never faced any issue. Have always received excellent service with quick response. I recommend this service station for volvo owners.

What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free, and my car was ready on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommend this Volvo workshop, and especially the outstanding service advisor who made the whole experience truly five-star!
