I have been to this Salon and I only have one thing to say VERY POOR communication skills. The whole staff is very rude and has no respect for customers. They don’t care about customer satisfaction either. All they care about is money. I recommend NOT going here

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at your saloon. My wife got nail extensions done and was charged an exorbitant amount for subpar quality. The products used felt cheap and the application was sloppy. When I pointed out the issues, I was met with indifference. Very poor customer service. I expect better quality and transparency in pricing. Hope you take necessary actions to rectify.

Really disappointed with the services provided at the salon. On 6th Feb, 2026 I took nail extension services and after 2 days the extensions on my index finger and middle finger fell off. In next few days, another 2 fingers nails again fell off. We went to salon to provide a feedback and asked very polietly for the solution and lastly, asked for refund.However, firstly the lady working in salon argued with me and my friend and when we asked to call the owner, he also talked very rudely. The behaviour was very pathetic and the services they provided didn’t even last for a week. Also, they charged Rs 2300 which is again not a nominal amount. The reason they provided is that they don’t refund for cosmetic service. Also, they didn’t give any compensation or other services and top of it the owner yelled at me. His conduct was very unproffesional and inappropriate. Will not recommend this salon to anyone, please don’t waste your money.

My friend had a very disappointing experience at this salon. She got nail extensions done, and within just 2–3 days, the nails started falling off, which clearly shows poor quality of service and application. When she reached out to address the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, the owner was extremely rude and started yelling. This behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Good customer service is just as important as good technical work, and unfortunately, both were lacking here. Would not recommend this salon based on my experience.

Very disappointing experience at Creative Salon, Sector 14 Gurgaon. My friend got nail extensions done here, and they started coming off within just 3 days. When we went back to politely raise the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, the staff and owner were extremely rude and disrespectful. The owner shouted at us and behaved in a very aggressive manner. We were a group of girls, and the way he treated us was honestly intimidating and uncomfortable. Instead of taking responsibility for poor service, they chose to misbehave with customers. We will definitely not be visiting again. I would strongly advise other girls to think twice before going here. Customer service and basic courtesy manner just as much as the service itself sadly, both were missing.
