Had a great experience! Got my haircut and beard done by Rocky he's really talented and knows his work well. The owner was very sweet and welcoming, and I even got a complimentary face cleaning which was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend this place!

Before visiting, I had specifically confirmed that the staff member I preferred would be available, and I came only after being assured of his presence. However, he left just before the massage without proper communication. The massage that followed was quite average and did not feel thorough or professionally executed. Throughout the service, responsibilities kept shifting between staff members, and the overall experience felt uncoordinated. At one point, both the caretaker and another staff member were blow-drying my hair simultaneously, which resulted in extremely high heat and discomfort. Even during the final hair setting, the responsibility seemed ready to be handed over to the caretaker again. It felt like there was no single focused professional attending to me, and the service appeared rushed and poorly managed. I also noticed hygiene concerns during my visit. If the team does not have adequate time to attend to clients properly, appointments should ideally not be scheduled, as it directly affects the quality of service and overall customer experience. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience. There is significant room for improvement in coordination, professionalism, and hygiene standards.
