Went with a friend. I got a Swedish massage and friend got a Balinese. Technique was poor, the therapists did not seem trained to do the specific massages. The facility was not good at all, no aroma, no background music to relax, nothing. My therapy room had a weird smell with the washroom door continuously open. Do not recommend

Booked a massage for me and my friend here to celebrate her. Overall great experience with the massage. Body felt relaxed and felt a lot of cracks and knots open up - very professional. The only con was that one of the masseuse we had was a bit talkative which is okay for a salon/parlour but not for a luxury spa experience where you have come to relax. In my experience masseuse create a relaxing environment for you speaking softly and catering and pampering you since that’s what you’re paying for. My only suggestion would be for the staff to maintain a peaceful vibe as that is their brand image. We told them we’re celebrating and instead of a decoration saying “congrats” they burst a party popper with confetti - I appreciate the effort but in a silent room it is really loud for a luxury spa experience and doesn’t fit the vibe at all😅 They have a lot of potential and pleasing aesthetics and friendly staff, I would return but I would ask for another masseuse.
