They misbehaved badly. Never Ever call these guys. The guys are pathetic, had a leakage problem in my office AC they fixed and it started leaking after 2 days. When called again they came and said the Ac needs to be serviced and will come with another guy on 9th June as he can't do it alone. When called again to check if they are coming the owner said he will call me in 5 mins, after waiting for 15 mins when I called he started shouting on me saying sabar nai hai kya ab jo karna hai kar le mai nai bhejunga kisi ko(can't you wait, and before I could say anything he started saying I will see what can you do I won't send anyone).

The multi brand agency is owned and run by a technically competent engineer who has over 30 years experience in the field of refrigeration and air conditioning. It's a pleasure dealing with him.
