We purchased our Mitsubishi ACs from here, and are extremely happy with the seamless service, great price points and genuine guidance provided by Mr Anil Chauhan. Totally recommend this place if you want the widest range of Mitsubishi products.

Sales team is very ineffective and even the front desk is not ready to take ownership on the prevailing issues with sales team Update after 1 month : it took me more than a month and approximately 30 calls to the owner to get my money back. That too happened after I raised the issue to regional head.

Good professionalism, great service team esp Junaid and the sales team Sandeep. The biggest positive is the owner Anil who gets involved into discussions and real solutions. Very customer centric approach, loved that experience

I purchased 2 ACs from here The service is extremely horrible you can keep calling them for days, the store manager does not budge. The people they send also are horrible my AC wasn’t even installed right and has a water problem. I have never had such a service experience. NEVER USE THIS STORE.
