Nice locality my cake custimers are there. I went to deliver cake.

A neat and clean society. The buildings are old and lack the modern amenities which new construction offers in apartments. You will definitely have to renovate an apartment if you buy one. However, the power backup and maintenance is definitely on the much more affordable side as per Gurugram standards. Some of the high rise apartment blocks have new and modern lifts while others are also getting the same. The low rise 2 bedroom flats are totally useless and small. And never go for the ground floor apartment no matter how tempted you are.

Nice society but parking restrictions. They do not have enough parking inside the society for visitors. A lot of the parking is filled with construction materials and wood work dump. I visited a friend here, the lifts are clean and some parking areas which I believe are purchased by residents were nice and clean.

Centrally located, easily accessible with beautiful garden facing it which has walking trail

Nice place to live it. Mall and other facilities nearby and also the flats are quite nice.the only problem is the playing courts and playing area for childrens and club house related places for adults too where they alcan interact.
