Private vehicles not allowed. Haryana roadways are best but staff behaviour is not good. They look frustrated as it they hate public dealing.

As usual bus stand, departure booth/buses for some stations/cities are a little bit harder to find. Not too crowded. Buses for Huda city centre metro station and most of places can be taken from here after a specifice time of interval. However if u are in hurry in that case u can also take an auto from outside the bus stand.

Indeed a crowded public place which will give you a lot of people to meet. Often you will see foreigners using our public transport more affectionately and effectively and wonder about India's huge demography and kind of management done by authorities. Once, I heard one of them talking about us being very hostile towards our government infrastructure as they caught someone spitting on urinals. I don't know what they must have taken from our country but we must take something at least there mode of operation.

A convenient spot for local buses, but not very clean. Buses are frequent, but the waiting area is small. Useful for commuters, though there's no digital display for timings. Shelter is provided, but rainwater often collects on the floor. The location is good, but no staff around to assist. Basic setup, serves the purpose, but lacks proper signage. Often crowded, yet helpful for daily travel. Needs better seating and regular cleaning. The stand is functional, but not well managed. Good for public transport, but no drinking water or washrooms nearby.

No proper infrastructure being a metropolitan city with global recognition... very shameful !! The old infrastructure was declared unsafe 8-10 years back but still there is no new construction. It was planned to shift Bus stand at Rajiv Chowk but that place also occupied for District Court's parking and RTO for driving test. But no new place to establish the new Gurugram bus stand till now. Infact there should be proper ISBT like Delhi as buses available for many states from Gurugram. GMDA and public representatives should do something at the earliest.
