I visited this shop yesterday to purchase a charcoal panel, and I had an exceptional experience. I was warmly greeted by a gentleman who patiently showed me their collection and offered thoughtful suggestions. He answered all my questions thoroughly, providing a detailed description of each product. When I parked my car nearby and brought it closer to the shop, a young child suddenly appeared, and in trying to avoid him, my car accidentally bumped into the shop owner's vehicle parked nearby. I immediately informed them about the incident, and to my surprise, both the gentleman and his father reacted calmly and reassured me, saying, 'It's all fine; the car can be fixed easily.' Their positive and understanding attitude left a strong impression on me. Not only do they have a vast shop, but they also have an even bigger heart. The shop offers a wide variety of products, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone looking for quality products and outstanding customer service.
