Visited here recently. My overall experience was very good. Good collection of frames of different brands at very reasonable prices. The best part is that the staff is very cooperative and very considerate.

I do not agree with your explanation. Please do not misguide customers or shift the blame. This is about poor product quality and customer experience. The frame provided has improper nose pads, is of very low quality, and is causing marks and discomfort when worn. There were no scratches or adhesive marks on the lenses earlier. If that were the case, I would never have agreed to use the same lenses in a new frame. This was not clearly informed before proceeding. I request a refund of the amount paid. You may keep the frame with you, as I do not wish to use it.
