From the first time we went to Cloudnine's fertility center in Sector 47, we felt calm. Dr. Anju Devi Yadav looked over our history in detail and told us how follicular monitoring and hormonal testing would help us plan our treatment. Her clear words helped us get rid of months of stress. The nutritionist gave realistic advice on how to live a healthy life, and the scanning team made sure that every session was gentle. The Cloudnine App made it easy to make appointments. A really reliable IVF hospital in Sector 47 Gurugram.
We came to Cloudnine Sector 47 after a friend's recommendation, and now we know why it's spoken about so highly. Dr. Shalu Gupta is one of the most patient and thorough doctors we've met. She explained every scan, every medication, and made sure we were emotionally okay through the process. The whole team is supportive, and even the smallest queries are answered with care.
The entire team here is wonderful. Dr. Anju Devi Yadav made sure at every step we were well-informed. The nurses are very kind and respectful, and the environment is perfect for such a sensitive journey.
Cloudnine Sector 47 impressed us with how well they balanced being professional with being kind. Dr. Meenu Handa made our hormonal evaluation results easy to understand and helped us learn about things that affect fertility. The scanning department made sure that everyone was comfortable during each session of follicular monitoring. The andrology consultation was done with respect. The nutritionist made daily habits clearer. Using an app to coordinate everything made things easier.
I am extremely disappointed with the pregnancy scan service at Cloudnine (47). Just 3 days before delivery, the scan report showed my babies’ weight to be appropriate for their gestational age. However, at the time of actual delivery, one of the baby’s weight was lower by approximately 700–800 grams, which is a major and alarming discrepancy. When I raised this concern, instead of a proper explanation or investigation, the staff casually stated that a difference of more than 15% is “normal.” This response was unacceptable and felt like an attempt to dismiss the issue rather than address it responsibly. For a late-term pregnancy scan—especially in a twin pregnancy—such a large variation is not trivial and can directly impact medical decisions and parental preparedness (financially and mentally both). What was even more disappointing was: • No clear medical justification provided • No accountability taken for the inaccurate report • No senior consultation or resolution offered • No follow-up or corrective action suggested Cloudnine promotes itself as a premium maternity care provider, but this experience reflects poor quality control, lack of transparency, and insensitive complaint handling. Expecting parents rely heavily on scan reports, and such inaccuracies can cause unnecessary stress and risk. I would strongly urge Cloudnine to review its scanning accuracy, staff training, and grievance redressal process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this center for critical pregnancy scans. I would also want the management to pick this case and help in resolving it asap.
