My sister had some congenital intestinal problem and also there are some other serious medical issues like osteogenesis imperfecta, hydrocephalus with her. After consulting top level gastrology doctors in Lucknow we finally went to medanta Everything (pathological, Radiological tests and other departments consultations) happened very smoothy in Medanta, Lucknow under Dr Anand Prakash. We were extremely happy and satisfied with the way Dr. Anand Prakash and his whole team supported us during the whole process of surgery, even pre and post surgery. I have no hesitation to pronounce that Dr. Anand Prakash is the most trustworthy, knowledgeable and humble Doctor in and around Lucknow, Medanta hospital all staff are very polite and nice, they took care of my sister in a very compassionate way, Thank you all for such cooperation!

Dr. is impatient and not punctual. Doctor himself will arrive 1 hour late. Helping lady staff is rude and arrogant. You may have paid ₹1200/- to consult doctor not the helping staff but they(helping staff) will not let you in and meet doctor for asking some doubts(if something left regarding surgery or radiology test). He'll not consider reports of tests performed outside of hospital. Helping staffs insisting to do all tests in medanta only or else doctor will not attend it. Really bad experience.

Words fall short to express my gratitude to Dr. Anand Prakash. He was a God sent in our lives. He didn’t just perform a surgery...he gave my father a new life.
