Receptionist is very unprofessional and rude talking, providing mis-information. Before making payment she said just wait 5 mins doc will come. After 20 mins she said how can I be so calculative in providing information. And continues to argue.

Doctor Deepak Bhatia is a nice person, good doctor. But patient management has to be improved. No waiting times, no pre booking appointments. Sometimes have to wait for 2 hours. No estimated timelines given. Prices as per market. Even Lal Pathlabs have similar charges, but better customer handling. -2 stars for customer mis management.

Dr. Bhatia's expertise is unmatched. Excellent services, the most genuine and humble staff I’ve come across.
