This medical shop claims to be operational 24*7 but I visited now and it is closed.
Visited this pharmacy to adjust a credit note(image attached). The credit note clearly had their shop name on it. I met Pramod(photo attached) there. First, he denied adjusting the credit note. Then he asked me to come the next day and get it adjusted from the person who had issued it. After I kept insisting, he gave me the number of his senior, Sandeep. Sandeep helped and got the issue resolved immediately. However, when I later asked Pramod about it, he spoke rudely and said, “kya karega tu mere naam ka.” This was not acceptable. Overall, it was a very bad experience while dealing with Pramod. Customer service needs serious improvement.
