Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced people working at the lab. Below are the details of my experience with them: 1. I had 3 tests booked with them today and they already quoted an amount beforehand which was agreed between us. 2. Now once they are done taking the sample, they repeatedly called me to pay more for the same tests conducted today, way more than the amount we have been agreed earlier. 3. I already sent them prescription and they seem to be too negligent to go through the prescription thoroughly. 4. They withheld the test results until I paid them double the amount quoted earlier !! 5. When you contact them on WhatsApp, they will always quote you amount of the tests to be conducted much higher than the amount posted on their official website. I literally feel scammed by this lab. Will never conduct my tests from this lab nor will i recommend this lab to anyone.

One of my family members had testing done at this lab, and since the results were sent to us promptly by mail, it saved us time. The entire team is really helpful, and the services are excellent at fair prices. The location was also simple to get to. This is the place where services are provided with affordable price and it's a great experience as well.

great lab I got excellent experience with this lab. I received a medical test on Docs App two months ago, but this lab's personnel are also friendly and offers quick service. I received my medical report within 24 hours. Rapid service with trained staff good experience....”

This lab is very bad... The patient has a kidney issue, but they give normal reports and say they can't do anything now. I had the patient's test done in two other labs as well, and tests had been done many times before too from other labs.

Two days ago, I wrote a review regarding my test results. Yesterday, I was asked to provide a repeat sample for re-testing. Unfortunately, the report I received again was inaccurate. I then sent a sample to a different laboratory, and from there I received a genuine and accurate report. Again Very Bad experience with the MOLQ LAB
