It's a really good place to live in. Good professionalism by staff. The manager and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean with new furniture. They respond to issues at earliest. I have lived there for months.

While my stay at the property was overall fine and the flats are quite spacious compared to other options in Gurugram, I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND PROCESS. Despite vacating the flat on time and following all procedures, the management kept delaying my refund without providing any clear timeline or proper communication. I was made to call over 100 TIMES IN A SPAN OF 20 DAYS, and each time I received a new excuse. They are very prompt in charging penalties if rent is delayed after the 5th, but when it comes to returning your own money, they don’t follow any of their own policies. What’s worse — during checkout, they don’t clearly explain how much amount will be refunded. Later, THEY DEDUCT RANDOM CHARGES FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT without any prior notice. Eventually, I had to send a LEGAL NOTICE just to get them to initiate the refund. If you’re planning to stay here, I strongly recommend: 1. Getting the refund timeline and deduction details in writing at the time of moving in and checkout. 2. Insisting on written proof of how much will be refunded. 3. Processing the refund during checkout itself, if possible. The place might look appealing and livable, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider staying here again if I move back to Gurugram.

Living in balaji homes pg was a good experience and the amenities were also to the point even the price range was never been to high All the staff was good but Swati who sits on the reception is the one who has completed all my process she talks very politely undertands the concerns and even refunded my security timely also Overall experience was good. In future also if I get a chance to stay there I will definitely go.

I had an excellent stay at BALAJI HOMES! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The food is homely and hygienic, and the location is perfect with easy access to shops and transport. Highly recommend this PG for students and working professionals!
