Pathetic experience..they denied our stay and asked us to call the oyo. However, my booking was confirmed. Would suggest no one should go there. You gonna regret it later

MUST READ BEFORE YOU BOOK !! I doesn't even it deserve 1 star but since there is no option for 0 star rating so I have to give 1. This place is so damn MESSY. I have never ever had such a bad experience in any Oyo ever. I have literally seen INFECTIOUS BUGS all around in bedsheets and blankets and not just in 1 room. I changed room and there too were bugs even after cleaning so I had to leave that Oyo. Also there were some COCKROACHES in the washroom. I have attached pictures for proof as well. Must read this before you book room here. And this is and HONEST review and self experienced !

I have booked a room for 09/08/2019 but the manager with high attitude said the hotel is not tied up with oyo because of the low rate and they have changed the name. As I had my father with me, so I stayed on 09/08/2019 by paying cash of Rs 1500. That night some flies and mosquitoes were disburbing, so I request them to do something. They assured to spray but didnt do that. Again we have ordered food, on the next day at the time of chekout, they charged more along with service tax 10% for such an cheap food. I was not expecting. So, I suggest all not to stay there.

Unprofessional, Not providing bills, payment receipt, amenities are not working properly. Reception person always alcoholic not any satisfactory answer. Their room service guy is quit good behavioural. No safety feelings.

The experience was not that good what it should be. The staff was fine but at the time of checkout, they do everything and say everything for five star rating. They even took your phone into their hands for that. The curtains were damaged and there were visible fixture in the bathroom. Ordered food was fine but the bills are worse and the gst was wrongly applied. Please pay attention to the food bills.
