I have been staying in this pg for last 1 year and 6 months . Pg is pocket friendly Pg provides 3 times food. No gate time was helpful for me as I am working for night shifts. Guarded pg . One and only co living pg in this particular area with friendly staff and owner .

Nothing better than that in this budget, the staff are very caring and very cooperative. Rooms are neat and toilet are also clean. Special care of cleaning is also taken here. Food is exactly like your home.

Awesome atmosphere, well maintain pg, per day house keeping, ☺full faculty available in our Pg fully furnished with balcony, A.c room with 3 time meals. Price is so good

Nice clean room. Great view from the balcony. Hot water. Good breakfast. No heating. Had to pay the full price for one more day in order to keep the room till the you leave the gurgaon

This PG is now named as KPS Residency. The rent may be lower than others but the service is extremely bad. They don't clean the room before entry of new tenant. They didn't repair the AC even though the contact person (Deepak) said he would keep the room ready for entry. He hadn't even informed me that the AC was broken down. Afterwards, they said that any such repairs can take between 1 week and 1 month, that's why it wasn't done. There is no lift. The building doesn't have any regular water supply, water comes in the 1000 litre tanker once everyday at around 2 pm. So, there is water in the taps only for 30 minutes or so once in a day. For the power backup they only have low capacity inverter system, only room fan and light will work during power cut, and not the common area lights. They didn't refund the token deposit even though they were not able to provide a proper AC room for staying. The contact person, Deepak, is a big liar. He said the deposit would be refunded next day, but afterwards, started saying that deposit won't be refunded, and started giving phone numbers of different people to contact and ask for refund. And on those numbers, no one even picked up the phone. And in the latest conversation, he even had the gall to deny even having taken any kind of payment from me. There was no refund, even after 1 and half months.
