PlEaSe DoN''t BoOk ThIs CaRgo SeRvIcE EvEr!!!!!!! I had booked this service from gurugram to chennai for shifting my House hold items and with my one year Bullet Bike on sep 2nd October 2020. They finalaized for 25000 rupees including GST for all packages and including my Royal Enfield bullet bike as Door to door deleivery service. After taken my items to their office they told me to pay again GST of 18%, after that bill came of 29894 rps. Hidden cost started in this time. they told me to take Seperate insurance for every single item that cost of item in 3% insurance of individual materials it own cost. i Refused to take that insurance due to money crisis in corona situation. they started to use my bike. i had paid total amount send through Gpay same time at that billing on 2nd october itself. All packings are done in worst condition including my bike they coverded my bike seats and only doom light portion. inbetween they didn't shown my bike packed, they used my bike for 6 days, some more kms noticed after recieved in chennai. They took my items on 2nd september from gurugram house to their office. daily they told me ur packages on the way. but upto 7th the packages are still in gurugram. On 12th october 2020 i'm receiving sorry and photos of accident of vehichle which containing all my items including bike. but after receiving FIR copy of acciedent on 8th october itself that acceident taken in bophal Madhya pradesh. all my items got damaged including bullet. atlast they taken my items on 24th october 2020, 4 pm to chennai. all packages are damaged and can't able to use single materials. only we can put into scrap. My bullet got damaged of worth 35k. Bike backside safety gaurds are bent due to they lifted and unloading without bike stairs. For that deleivery they black-mailed and atlast i had paid 2400 rps for unloading and delevery. on billing i had paid for only door to door delivery for all items. and some items are also missing like bike key, bike chain with locker, bike mirrors, jimming tumbulles, Steel shoe rack, jimming steel rodes, cricket bats, one house hold material containing box, etc and more. Atlast i asked who is the responsible for missing items and the reply as "its on owner risk we cant able to take responsible" Please don't book this cargo services for at first time they will easily fool u. my items around 2 lacks material is scraped. i had attached photos and biles see how they are.

Got very much disappointing service from vashisht cargo. Despite very high quote as compare to other packers and mover I choose vashisht to transfer my car from mumbai to banglore. 1) Promised me delivery within 4 to 6 days in actual it took more than 11 days which caused very discomfort me to commute for office. 2) Took 3000 rupees extra on the name of insurance but never received any insurance copy even after repetitive follow ups 3) My tyre inflater which was kept inside car found missing even after repetitive follows for tracing it not received any information and on it. Never suggest theirs service to anyone in future.
