I had rented one property from Navdeep Singh of Aditya properties..when we stayed there for hardly 4 to 5 days the electricity connection as cut because owner has not paid electricity bill of approx lakh rupees we have to stay at hotel even after paying advance rent ,deposit plus the commission charged by this dealer which was half months rent when contacted that we are facing issues.. he said if owner has not paid bill what can I do.And when we finally vacated that property the owner deducted painting charges which was nowhere mentioned in the agreement but as usual this guy didn't took any accountability of same.I will request you to beaware of these kind agents of property dealers and save your hard earned money..
